The Competition is run by Cornmill Shopping Centre (“the Promoter”).
- Only one entry per person aged 18 or older is allowed.
- The competition is free to enter.
- All entries must be submitted online with all required form fields completed.
- Entries with incomplete or illegible details will not be accepted.
- The competition opens on 1st July 2024
- The closing date for competition entries is 9th August 2024
- Shortlisted entrants will be contacted in the week commencing 12th August 2024
- The winner will be selected after giving a presentation to the centre manager and others, chosen by them.
- The prize includes 3 months of commercial space at the Cornmill Shopping Centre, 1 year’s membership at BERA (British Independent Retailers Association), ongoing support and advice, and complimentary marketing support, with a total value exceeding £4,000.
- No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is nonexchangeable and non-transferable.
- The winner agrees to participate in centre publicity.
- The Promoter is not responsible for entries not completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reasons outside of its reasonable control, without any liability to entrants or third parties.
